probably because they count levels by every 10 exp.
therefore you would need 9 more for it to talk about lvl 32.

Not photoshop, back in the day (like, newgrounds in 2000) you used to be able to deposit anywhere from 1 to 7 gold at a time, and I happened to end up with 1 extra when they switched to 10 a day.
I have 10,001 exp now and will not be depositing anymore because it's a cool number to have
